Women's ReFRESH hosted by Dr. Mary Archibald is a self-care BOOT CAMP in which we will whip into shape your body soul and spirit. Here you will develop self-reflection, and intimacy with God and yourself, hosted by Licensed Mental Health Clinician & Senior Pastor of Empowerment Church International Dr. Mary Archibald. Women will gather from various parts of Florida and surrounding states.

 

Women's reFRESH is an intimate, intensive encounter offering mental wellness strategies, meditation training, and self-care exploration options to include self-love, self-care, and self-respect with added relaxation. Professional counseling services from a licensed mental health clinician. Professional spa services will be provided by licensed professionals from Atlanta, GA. Intensive deep-tissue massage and muscle relaxation will be provided by a doctoral-level physician from Atlanta, GA. (Booking Schedule available at Check-in on first arrive basis).
